William Wilson

Chief Executive Officer (Siemens Mobility)

Will Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Mobility in the UK and Ireland, leading the entire portfolio of rolling stock, rail infrastructure, intermodal solutions and intelligent traffic systems.

Will has always been a leading voice of the customer in his career and in customer-facing roles, starting with GE. In 2004 he moved to Alstom TIS where he was head UK signalling projects. In 2007 Will took over the role of Signalling Solutions Ltd Commercial and Business Development Director, and in 2011 he joined Siemens Mobility where he has had diverse senior leadership roles in the UK and Spain.

In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Will brings a breadth of experience to lead the company into a new era of the digitally connected railway where sustainability, a positive legacy and decarbonisation are at the heart of the strategy.
