Tom Harris

Tom Harris is a former MP and railways minister. In 2018 he was appointed by the Secretary of State for Transport as a member of the Expert Challenge Panel supporting the independent review of Britain’s railways by Keith Williams. He is director and founder of Third Avenue Public Affairs Ltd and writes a daily column for the Telegraph online.
