Tim Burleigh

Tim is Head of External Relations at Eversholt Rail, one of the UK’s leading rolling stock owning companies. In this role he leads the establishment and development of strategic relationships with national and regional transport authorities, passenger-facing stakeholders, Network Rail and other rail industry organisations. He also provides input to the company’s innovation workstreams and product investment programmes.

A graduate of the University of Leeds and the Royal Military College of Science, Tim is a Board member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers’ Railway Division. He sits on several cross-industry steering groups, including those responsible for developing and implementing the high-level strategies for the UK passenger rolling stock fleet and informing the approach to decarbonisation of the UK railway.
