Shona Clive is project lead for the Rail Cluster Builder and the Forth and Tay Offshore cluster, working with the team at Scottish Engineering since 2020. Shona’s previous role was Head of Marketing and Communications at Babcock’s Rail business with over 27 years experience in the rail sector. Her passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion led her to taking up the role of Regional Chair of Women in Rail Scotland from 2018 and more recently Vice Chair and Acting Chair of the wider Women in Rail organisation.
