Shaun Bennett

Shaun has worked within the public sector housing for over 30 years;

Responsible for maintaining the public sector housing stock in Derby, Shaun focused on the successful delivery of decent homes, modernising the way responsive repairs are delivered and investment planning into the future. Shaun developed the first eco houses in the city over 25 years ago and is now leading the charge to ensure that all future council homes are built to a net zero standard.

Shaun is chair of Efficiency East Midlands and has supported collaborative working across the region for many years.
