Sarah is the Lead Strategic Planner for Wales & Borders, sitting within the Customer Strategy & Investment Directorate in Network Rail.

Sarah has worked in rail strategic planning for over 12 years, following a move from the financial services industry. Sarah has extensive experience producing long-term strategic plans, considering future passenger and freight growth requirements, network capacity, as well as the impact of climate change and the decarbonisation of rail.
