Rob Morris

Rob is the Joint CEO for Siemens Mobility UKI and Managing Director of Siemens Mobility – Rail Infrastructure and Software. Rob is responsible for all of Siemens Mobility’s UK rail signalling, digital rail, automation and electrification activities across rail infrastructure for Network Rail, London Underground and Elizabeth line.

His career spans four decades in multi-disciplined major projects working for mining, power, general construction and technology-based businesses both internationally and in the UK. He graduated as an electro-mechanical engineer, expanding his knowledge and experience through a multitude of technologies and disciplines throughout his career.

Rob’s involvement in major rail, nuclear, Olympics, aviation, power & energy, oil & gas sectors provide him with a uniquely broad experience of what it takes to lead a complex business and to deliver major infrastructure across a number of sectors. His achievements are many and include transformational change culturally, organisationally and at industry level.
