Rob Curtis

Rob is a Project Manager within the rail industry’s customer information programme; Smarter Information, Smarter Journeys (SISJ). The SISJ programme is the industry’s catalyst for delivering better and simpler customer information to our people and our customers on Great Britain Railways. Within his role, Rob oversees a variety of SISJ projects that provide better customer information and an improved customer experience, especially during disruption.

Rob has over a decade of rail experience focusing on digital delivery and customer experience across the Rail Delivery Group and the Rail Safety and Standards Board. During his career, Rob has also delivered multiple digital change projects within government and the media industry.
