Olivia is Managing Director of Rail in Morgan Sindall Infrastructure. The company delivers rail renewal and enhancement projects within the UK, primarily for Network Rail and Transport for London.

Olivia is a Chartered Civil Engineer and prior to joining Morgan Sindall, worked on a range of infrastructure projects, including: Crossrail, HS2 and the Luton DART.

Her management style is based on challenge, both to her teams and the industry, in order to deliver infrastructure projects more efficiently. She is also passionate about supporting the next generation in their professional development.
