Epion Consulting are specialists who enable complex change. Nick founded Epion to put people at the heart of transformation, because he and the team believe it’s the human factors that ultimately determine whether new systems, processes and structures deliver their promised benefits.

Epion works across every level of its clients, with a particular focus on the frontline — the individuals who are often overlooked yet feel the impact of change most acutely. The team equips and empowers people to adopt and embed new ways of working with confidence.

Rail is where Epion is most at home. Its work has supported more than 50,000 people across the UK, and the consultancy was shortlisted for the 2025 Rail Industry Supplier Excellence Awards (Partnership category).

Before founding Epion in 2020, Nick held senior roles in Change, Technology and Consultancy sectors. He has spent over 15 years supporting rail organisations including Network Rail, TOCs and EWR, and prior global clients include Microsoft, HP, BT and Government departments and agencies from Westminster to Seoul.
