Mona Sihota

Mona Sihota is the Network Technical Head of Drainage & Lineside at Network Rail and President of the PWI. A Chartered Engineer and Fellow of both the ICE and PWI, Mona brings over 35 years of experience in the railway industry to her roles, including 22 years at Network Rail. Her career spans diverse areas, having led projects from design and construction, to asset management, and training and competency development. In 2016, she made history as Network Rail’s first Network Technical Head of Drainage & Lineside, where she oversees the management of drainage infrastructure across the entire rail network.
