Matt Kent

Matt is the Director of Operations for Siemens Mobility Limited, the UK and Ireland Rail Infrastructure company.

As the Director of Operations, Matt oversees the safe and successful delivery of major projects, both in mainline and mass transit systems. With a strong background in system engineering and collaboration, Matt possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivering rail infrastructure solutions. His strategic approach to project delivery has consistently driven safety leadership, productivity, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. Matt is also part of several industry groups including SHELTs, Alliance Leadership Teams and chairs the DE&I steering committee for Rail Infrastructure.

Matt’s journey from a Westinghouse apprenticeship to senior Executive leadership exemplifies hard work, resilience, and a commitment to meeting customer requirements.
