Matt Bull

Matt Bull is Head of Financial Advisory at Steer. He has over 18 years’ experience on advising and financing infrastructure in emerging and developed markets. He recently joined Steer from the World Bank Group where he held positions at the IFC, Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF) and was Head of the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) during his seven years’ in Washington DC at the Bank. Prior to joining the World Bank, Matt was an Assistant Director in PwC’s Project Finance business where he advised on both the public and bid side on numerous projects that successfully reached financial close. At Steer Matt is forging our market-renowned economic and technical advice with our growing financial advisory capacity to provide a holistic service to public and private clients who want to develop and finance infrastructure. Matt has led consultancy engagements for Network Rail and Cisco on Digital Rail since joining Steer.
