Mark is Head of the Digital Competency Centre for Thales GTS UK. With 20 years of experience in the transportation domain, most of which delivery Human Factors elements of complex systems projects, he has a people first approach to the delivery of digital solutions to the railway. The DCC is focused on using data, AI and the latest software tool sets to bring the latest insights and solutions to the railway and its users. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors and with a specialist interest in the application of Design Thinking and User Experience Design Techniques Mark is working with the wide range of engineering excellence in Thales to deliver delightful, value driven products and services.
