Linda McCord is a Senior Stakeholder Manager at Transport Focus. She works with rail and bus companies across the UK campaigning on issues affecting passengers using research to target poor performance.

She chairs the West Midlands Bus Alliance ensuring that passengers are at the heart of the Alliance’s key objectives and that their voice is being heard.
