Kevin Collins

Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor and Chartered Builder with nearly 35 years’ experience of managing complex projects and programmes of work in Wales and Borders.

Kevin has extensive operational and commercial management experience as both client and contractor. With a proven track record of delivery within the construction and infrastructure industry, Kevin has a well-rounded understanding of the relationships and organisational challenges involved in the delivery of major work programmes.

Kevin is currently operating at a regional level (Wales and Western) and is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Network Rail’s regional strategy for effective and efficient portfolio management which shows demonstrable improvement in project delivery and meeting the corporate objectives for improved safety performance, reduced project timescales and greater efficiency whilst improving passenger outcomes.
