Ken Evans

A chartered Civil Engineer, Ken is the Vice Chair of the ICE Wales Cymru and Chair of the Municipal Engineers Sub- Group. Ken has gained 36 years valuable experience working for 4 very different Welsh Highway local authorities, and 3 years ago moved into the private sector where he took up the post of Highways and Civils Operations Director with Centregreat/ERH. Ken specialises in Highway Maintenance and has particular interest in Highway Surfacing materials and processes. Ken is a mentor for Civil Engineers wanting to progress in the profession and also takes a proactive role in promoting engineering as a career to school children.

In his spare time Ken enjoys keeping fit and going on long coastal walks with his wife Claire and energetic dog Ozzy.
