Kelly Warburton

With over 20 years’ experience spanning across Infrastructure and Rolling Stock, having previously worked for Alstom and Unipart Rail, Kellys’ position as Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for developing and delivering the commercial strategy, generating investment and income for its shareholders.

Scheduled for opening in 2025, GCRE is a £220m infrastructure project which will deliver a global hub for rolling stock and infrastructure testing, storage and maintenance, R&D, ultimately accelerating innovation.

A degree in languages, and MBA in management, Kelly is also a RIA Board member, Chair of the RIA Finance Committee and Judge for the Everywoman in Transport Programme.
