Julia Territt

Julia Territt is an accomplished director and inspiring leader at Network Rail, having joined the industry in 1999. With over two decades of experience, Julia has dedicated much of her professional life to Supply Chain Operations. Her leadership ensures key services that support Network Rail’s ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and renewal of the railway infrastructure are delivered safely and on time.

Julia currently leads Network Rail’s Supply Chain Operations, a function that provides essential behind-the-scenes services to support railway work and ultimately improve the railway for passengers. This includes delivering materials to work sites, operating on-track machines, infrastructure monitoring, managing a 10,000-strong fleet of vans and cars, and overseeing national logistics—all with safety and passengers at the heart.

Julia’s journey is a testament to her resilience and dedication, inspiring many women to pursue careers in rail. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys cricket, rugby, and fell walking.
