Joe Collis leads the Advisory business within Amey Consulting; a team dedicated to enabling better decisions across the full lifecycle of critical national infrastructure. Joe has led data driven improvement programmes across operational performance and strategic planning within the rail, highways and utilities industries. Joe has spent time working in renewable energy and as an academic developing approaches to safety assessment of nuclear waste and decision making in clinical settings.
