Jo Foxall
Jo joined Transport for Wales in July 2022 following the successful acquisition of Welsh Government funded public transport information company, PTI Cymru (Traveline Cymru) by Transport for Wales in April 2022 of which, she was the Managing Director.
Jo was always considered the ‘customer champion’ of PTI Cymru and always tries to apply a customer check to any decisions, developments and campaigns and works hard to instil that same customer focus in colleagues. Jo has been delighted to take on the role of Customer Experience Director at Transport for Wales and is collaborating with the team to build a centre of excellence for travel and transport customer contact handling across the organisation with teams in both North and South Wales. Jo is passionate about delivering the best possible service for our customers as well as exploring options to better support customers and colleagues through the use of technology.
Jo is also the Wales lead for the Women in Transport Wales Hub, a pan sector organisation championing the role of women across the transport sector and working to encourage more women into the industry. The Wales Hub was launched in November 2022 by Minister for Climate Change, Julie James MS and the Hub is working hard to plan activity for 2023 and beyond.
