Jim’s expertise in programme and project management, team leading and software development is underpinned by an analytical approach and a practical understanding of business change, digital transformation and Open Data.

In his current role of Open Data Project Officer with Stirling Council, he has successfully implemented the Authority’s Open Data publishing platform and developed the appropriate processes and procedures supporting it.
