Ian McDonald

Ian has worked in the highways industry since 2008. Working in the ITS sector with Dynniq and currently heading up the UK & Ireland Operations for Pole Products, a division of Norsk Hydro. He is a member of the council for the Highway Electrical Association (HEA) and represents Pole Products on the Lighting Colum Technical Forum (LCTF)

Ian has been a leading advocate in the use of passive safe road side structures in the UK for many years and has played a key role in the growth and understanding of passive safety throughout the UK highway industry. He has been instrumental in the development of the most comprehensive range of passive safe products currently available
