Women in Rail Wales Chair Customer First Manager, Transport for Wales

Gemma has been a member of the Women in Rail Wales committee since early 2019 and is committed to empowering women within the workplace and tackling unconscious bias.

Gemma is a member of the TSSA Trade Union Executive Committee and is currently campaigning about period dignity and Allyship in the workplace.

Gemma has worked in the railway industry for eight years, formerly as Social Media Manager and has a background in online customer service delivery.
