Francis McGarry
Business Development Director (Western Route )
Francis has held a number of senior leadership roles across the business. Prior to joining the Western Route he was IP Route Delivery Director for Wales, having previously held the same role in Western. His earlier roles in Network Rail including the leading the East West Rail Programme and the construction of The Quadrant: MK.
Before joining Network Rail Francis worked in both the Defense and Telecommunications industries.
