Fiona Hesling

I have worked for the Scottish Government since 1998 in a range of roles across policy development, economic development, project management and funding for learners. I joined Transport Scotland in 2006 and have been working in the Rail Directorate of Transport Scotland for the past decade with a recent focus on rail freight policy and strategy development and cross-border passenger rail aspects.

My academic background is in languages and law and I am a graduate of Edinburgh University.
