David Beddell

David Beddell is Director of Strategic Growth at Octavius, a leading supplier to Network Rail across all regions of England and Wales.  In his role David is responsible for creating a framework for safe and sustainable growth by ensuring operational delivery is aligned to the current and emerging needs of customers and key stakeholders. A former Chair of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering, he brings extensive experience of delivering successful outcomes from within complex multidisciplinary project environments. Prior to joining Octavius, Dave held global strategic and operational leadership roles at AECOM, and is recognised across industry for building strong partnerships and aligning project outcomes with the wider economic, community and network objectives of customers.
