Chris Gibb

Chris is a Non-executive Director of DOHL, Chief Executive of Scottish Rail Holdings and chair of ScotRail Trains Limited. He is also a visiting lecturer on railway safety at the University of Birmingham. He has more than 40 years of railway experience in Scotland, Wales and England, including as Managing Director, Wales & Borders, Virgin Cross Country and Virgin West Coast. This was followed by six years as a Non-executive Director of Network Rail where he chaired the Board Safety Committee and Property Board, and four years as an advisor to Transport for Wales.
