Charlotte Warburton

Charlotte is Deloitte’s Head of Public Transport and Sustainability and Climate Consulting lead with over 20 years’ experience working across transport and infrastructure globally. Her passion is bringing together the knowledge and capabilities across industry to define the future, identify what needs to happen to deliver these futures and then execute on the programmes to deliver this vision. She is known for making strategically important, complex transformation programmes happen across public sector transport organisations, combining change, technology, and innovation, with at pace programme delivery and operational improvement capabilities, to deliver sustained, lasting change. She works across clients like Network Rail, National Highways and DfT supporting them to deliver some of their most challenging programmes.

Charlotte has spent her career delivering business and technology transformation across government, transport, and infrastructure clients in the UK, Europe and Middle East. She is passionate about helping clients to realise the efficiencies sought from transformational change, benefitting customers and employees alike to deliver better outcomes for citizens.
