Catherine Hall

Catherine is Head of Strategic Planning for Network Rail in Scotland, which owns, operates and maintains Scotland’s railway infrastructure. In this role, she leads the whole system strategic output with the aim of safely delivering “Net zero, Net cost”. For the past 17 years, Catherine has worked for Network Rail within Maintenance, Track Renewals (Scotland, North West & Central and network-wide) and Strategic Planning.
