With over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors, Caroline has held leadership positions across the UK, Ireland, the Middle East, and Asia. Her career includes roles at prominent international engineering and construction companies, such as Arcadis/Hyder Consulting, Carillion, URS Corporation, Mouchel, Babcock, and Atkins.

In 2020, Caroline returned to her roots in Wales, where she is committed to developing sustainable business practices and creating local jobs. Caroline has worked on various projects, including Creating Cohesive Communities and Mumbles Coastal Protection, tackling climate change, helping to boost the Welsh economy, and supporting future generations to thrive. Her leadership is instrumental, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving innovative infrastructure solutions across the rail sector.
