Barry is the Head of Customer Experience and Innovation at Transport for Wales (TfW). TfW are driving forward the Welsh Government’s vision of a high-quality, safe, integrated, affordable, and accessible transport network that the people of Wales are proud of.
He oversees the Customer Experience development and innovation strategy. In his role he also has responsibility for Customer Information strategy and delivery due to the strong links with CX and innovation. He leads customer centric business improvements and introduces innovative solutions to ensure customer experience is maintained at the highest levels.
