About Rail South 2025

Following on from our conferences in Scotland and Wales, we’re delighted to launch Rail South, a one day conference focusing on rail activities in the South.

The Southern region is one of the most widely used networks in the UK, with passengers travelling into the capital, coast and airports for leisure and business. Within this challenging environment £7.7bn has been allocated to modernise the railway and reduce emissions by 20%, which will be achieved through a collaboration with the supply chain to make construction activities more sustainable.

Another area of importance is efficient capital delivery and asset management which is proposed to deliver 15% in efficiency savings during CP7. By moving to a new delivery model it will allow closer alignment with delivery partners and the supply chain to deliver outcomes in the Strategic Business Plan.

The day will consist of keynote presentations and panel discussions from some of the leading figures in the region and will allow you to promote your innovative solutions to industry.
