Helen Davis

Helen joined Siemens in 2019, as Strategy & Business Development Director for Rail Infrastructure at Siemens Mobility.  Helen is responsible for forming and delivering business strategy, leading the sales, marketing and tendering functions as well as driving digitalisation and innovation across a portfolio including signalling, train control, electrification, intermodal solutions, networks, SCADA and station and trainborne communications and information systems.

With over 25 years in strategic, operational and commercial business development and transformation, having held senior executive positions across the Digital/Tech, Telecommunications, Professional Services and Innovation Management industries, Helen has extensive experience in transformation and development of high-tech businesses of all sizes.

Helen is passionate about applying her experience to show how digitalisation and data, innovation, and industry collaboration can improve passenger experience and drive operational efficiencies to ensure modal shift onto public transport, supporting the UK’s economy and decarbonisation agenda. Helen is also a key player within the Siemens Mobility Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programme focusing on the attraction, development and retention of women and early career talent to ensure diversity of thought and approach for the future of the transport industry.
