Neil Workman

Neil is a Programme Manager with almost 30 years experience in railway engineering with a specialism in signalling. He spent the over 15 years in the supply chain in engineering and management roles with Amey before joining Network Rail to take on the engineering lead for the Cardiff Area Signalling Renewal (CASR) project. He is both a Chartered Engineer with the IET and a Chartered Project Manager with the APM. He currently manages the portfolio of signalling renewals and life extension projects in Wales for Network Rail Capital Delivery (Signalling, Power & Comms).
