Keira McLuskey

After six years in environmental consultancy, Keira joined Network Rail as an environment specialist to cover maintenance across Scotland. She now manages a new team of 12 talented, sustainability professionals and leads on the delivery of Scotland’s Railway’s sustainability strategy. Her focus areas include circular economy, biodiversity, social value, environmental nuisance and management systems.

Day to day her role includes the development of policy, strategy and procedures to facilitate the delivery of strategic objectives, driving continual improvement of sustainability performance, providing professional leadership on environmental and social value issues and of course, leading, inspiring and empowering her team.
