Justin Moss

Having 24 years’ experience of rail, electrification, mechanical and electrical projects, with 15 of these entirely dedicated to the rail industry both pre and post contract. Justin has a proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative working relationships with the business leaders to provide strategic growth. He is a proven leader and provides his knowledge both pre and post tender, offering business’s the benefit of his extensive experience within a highly competitive construction and rail industry. Justin has provided his knowledge to companies such as Balfour Beatty, Carillon, EDF Energy (now UK Power Networks), NG Bailey and has worked with Siemens Plc since 2011as part of the senior team in Turnkey Projects & Rail Electrification. Justin also represents the North East of England as co-Chair of the Northern Rail Industry Leaders (NRIL), pulling together regional lobbying bodies, chamber of commerce, major companies, SMEs, academia and clients to secure future business for the region. This role requires the ability to strategically place both the company represented and the regional area on the radar to the politicians and TfN.

Justin is a drummer and has played all around the country with his most memorable place being “The Cavern” in Liverpool although not having the same success as one of the more famous bands that had played there and has rested his sticks whilst he brings up a young family!!
