Mark Casey

Mark Casey is a Programme Manager and Chartered Civil Engineer at Transport for Wales, with over a decade of experience delivering major infrastructure projects across South Wales. He has played a key role in developing Cardiff Crossrail and the Cardiff Central Enhancements Programme, and continues to bring together partners to deliver significant investment across the Cardiff Capital Region.
