Bianca Molloy

Bianca Molloy is Managing Director at TES 2000 Ltd and serves as Secretary of the Rail Industry Neuroinclusive Community (RINC). Alongside leading a national SME within the rail supply chain, she brings a practical, front-line perspective to industry discussions around inclusion, accessibility, and workforce design.

Through her role with RINC, Bianca supports collaboration across the rail sector to share learning, challenge existing thinking, and help organisations take a more practical approach to neuroinclusion. She is particularly focused on ensuring that inclusion is not just talked about, but embedded into everyday operations, leadership and the way organisations support their people.

Bianca offers a different perspective to these conversations, shaped by her experience working within the supply chain and leading a growing SME. She understands the realities of delivery, commercial pressures, and workforce challenges, and is passionate about making neuroinclusive approaches achievable in real-world environments, not just at policy level.

Her involvement with RINC is also personal. Following her own diagnosis, Bianca developed a strong interest in understanding neurodiversity more deeply, particularly how better design, leadership and ways of working can support individuals to thrive.
