Emily Kent is Director and Co-Founder of One Big Circle, a Bristol and Derby-based technology company specialising in Intelligent Video and data solutions for railway monitoring and inspection. Emily co-founded One Big Circle in 2017 alongside three colleagues to address critical challenges in rail infrastructure monitoring through innovative technology solutions.

Since then the company has gone from strength to strength, growing their teams of software, hardware and AI specialists and working in collaboration with experts across the UK rail industry. One Big Circle’s multi-award-winning AIVR (Automated Intelligent Video Review) technology is now deployed across 95% of the UK rail network and supports more than 12,000 professionals across the industry. Recent recipients of the ‘Kings’ Award for Enterprise for Innovation’, and ‘The Sunday Times Best Places to Work’, in recognition of the groundbreaking work they undertake and the environment in which they deliver it, One Big Circle are a leading example of an SME supporting the industry to provide much-needed solutions.
