Andy Beard

As Managing Director for Europe at Mace Consult, Andy leads a team of nearly 3,000 consultants delivering exceptional outcomes for clients across the region. Drawing on senior leadership experience – including his time as Mace’s Global Director for Cost and Commercial Management – Andy is focused on driving strategic growth, deepening client partnerships, and enhancing operational performance across sectors such as aviation, rail, defence, healthcare, energy, and utilities. Prior to joining Mace in 2022, Andy was a partner at Arcadis, where he led global cost management and also spearheaded digital and sustainable transformation programmes at the corporate level. Meanwhile, his client-side insight stems from leadership roles on high-profile programmes with Gatwick, Heathrow, Thames Water, Network Rail, Tideway, and TfL.
