Martin is at the forefront of moving Network Rail towards predict and prevent railway maintenance through the development and deployment of insight, presenting the vast amounts of data already collected in an easy to understand format to help teams fix faults before they occur. Saving passengers and freight services from needless delays.

To spark this change Martin works across technical teams, senior leaders, and frontline teams. Helping these very different teams work more collaboratively to run a simpler, better, and greener railway.
